Senior Research Associates in biotech
Job Description: The senior research associate positions will be
responsible for contributing to instrument and application development
for Cyntellect=92s products. The appropriate candidates will have
practical experience with cell culture, molecular biology and cell-
based assays. The associates will be expected to complete scientific
and technical tasks on aggressive timelines and to work as part of a
team on varied tasks with changing priorities. Position requires the
ability to communicate results clearly, to troubleshoot technical
issues, to plan and carry out experiments independently, and to work
with complex instrumentation and software. Knowledge of GLP practices
and validation & do***entation exercises is preferred.
Educational and Work Experience Requirements: BS or MS in Cell
Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology or related fields with 4+ years
of industrial laboratory experience in cell biology, molecular biology
and tissue culture. Practical knowledge of cell biology and cell-based
assays is required. Previous experience in industry with
instrumentation and software development, reagent, kit and disposable
product development as well as expert proficiency with microscopy,
fluorescent assays and instrumentation are required. Reference job
