Biologist in Protein Engineering
KEY OBJECTIVES/DELIVERABLES:
You will work with a team to advance AME's technology in antibody
discovery and protein optimization.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/MS in biological sciences. * Experience with general molecular
biology techniques including cloning, DNA mutagenesis, PCR. *
Familiarity with bacteriophage and mammalian expression vectors. *
Basic cell culture techniques, transfection, production of stable cell
lines and cell-based assay development. * ELISA assays, and FACS
analysis. * Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be
employed in the United States.
