Quality Assurance Associate
Responsibilities include:
* Assure that all products manufactured and packaged at our production
site, specializing in ring technology, meet all internal and FDA
quality standards * Monitor and update SOPs as needed to assure all
aspects of production and testing are accounted for * Assure that
Research and Development operations are in compliance with GxP's and
Cor****ate Quality Systems * Coordinate the throughput of production
masters, batch records and test records for specific batch processing
* Process non-conformances and perform investigations * Assure R&D
materials, components and finished product are properly controlled
according to batch/lot status * Initiate and process change controls
Position Requirements include:
* BS degree in a scientific discipline * 5+ years experience in
pharmaceutical quality assurance * Thorough knowledge of cGMPs *
Working knowledge of GCPs and GLPs * Familiarity with pharmaceutical
manufacturing and packaging within an R&D environment * Ability to
identify and resolve quality issues associated with R&D production *
Strong understanding of batch records and analytical specification
sheets and test records * Excellent computer skills - MS Office
required * Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
