SR. RESEARCH BIOSTATISTICIAN
Position Description and Responsibilities: Provide extensive
biostatistical sup****t with clinical research personnel, data
management and medical writers in the planning, analysis and
preparation of re****ts for clinical studies and for registering drugs
in the US and internationally. Develop and select appropriate
statistical methods for design and analysis of studies and projects.
Review key project do***ents and furnish responses on statistical
issues raised by regulatory agencies. Serve as department
representative on project teams Position Requirements: PhD with 05
years experience or MS with 58 years relevant experience in the
pharmaceutical industry. Must have sound knowledge of applied
statistics and knowledge of major statistical software packages SAS
and SPLUS along with the ability to integrate statistical and
biomedical concepts. Must demonstrate sound knowledge of statistics
including survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis and meta
analysis. Experience must include consulting with research personnel,
including clinical researchers and author****p on formal re****ts and
regulatory submissions. The position requires excellent communication
and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with ICH
guidelines and FDA requirements is also required
