QC Associate/QC Scientist
Seeking a detail oriented person to perform various test methods in a
Quality Control laboratory setting. These assay methods include HPLC,
ELISA, coagulation assays, Spectrophotometer methods, and SDS-PAGE,
and are performed in sup****t of commercial drug substance
manufacturing, and stability programs. The candidate will perform all
testing and do***entation in accordance with cGMP guidelines. Must be
willing to work in a BL2 lab.
Duties:
Review assays performed by other analysts. Participate in studies for
qualification/validation of assays and reagents, by performing assays
and do***enting results. Trend and analyze data as required. Enter
data into the LIMS system. Perform and do***ent various instrument
maintenance activities. Maintain a compliant laboratory in accordance
to cGMPs. Attend cGMP and other training (e.g. Statistics, technical
writing) as required. Provide training to new lab personnel in basic
lab operation and/or assays. Write and revise SOP's as needed. Other
duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related field. 1-4 years
experience, preferably in a cGMP environment. Experience in Quality
Control and Biotechnology is a plus.
