Scientist in biotech
Performs multi-step organic chemical syntheses for new product
development,custom syntheses, protocol product production and
synthesis process improvement. All work is on a laboratory-scale and
in the area of small organic molecules including hetercycles and other
drug-like structures. Provides technical sup****t to other functions
and transfers synthesis technology to other chemists Requires a BS
degree in chemistry or related field. A Masters degree with emphasis
on organic synthetic chemistry is desired.
Over 3 years of hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
Less experienced candidates may be considered.
