Courses in Primate Ethology in the Mona Foundation: FIRST TERM
The Mona foundation (www.fundacionmona.org) will be organising new
sessions in Primate Ethology during the first term of 2008. The basic
objective of these courses is to study the behaviour of non-human
primates from both a theoretical and practical perspective. For this
reason we will devote 45% of the time to the practice of observation
ethology of the animals living the Mona Foundation Recovery Centre and
55% to theory.
There are three levels of training: basic (level 1); intermediate
(level 2) and advanced (level 3).It is not possible to join levels 2
or 3 without having done the previous courses.
Each course will last approximately 15 hours (8.5 theoretical and 6.5
practical) given over two days of study (Friday and Saturday), and
will begin in March 2008.The timetable will be from 10.30h to 18.30h.
The price of inscription includes a file of course material and CD-ROM
