Hello everyone,
I was reading an article by Nikolaas Tinbergen the other day on the
alexander technique. Has anyone used it actually. It seems to me to be
one of those new ideas that people eventually lose interest in. For
example, why hasn't it caught on like Yoga? I visited a couple of
websites but I got the impression that very less people use it. I would
like to be proved wrong about this. Please direct me to a good article
about what the technique actually is.
