Morning temperature 37-43 rising to 80 in the sun at 3pm, clear blue
sky, gulf water 61, caloosahatchee river 70, Orange River 79 with the
tide going out after noon. Manatee did not leave with the tide.
I arrived after a pleasant downwind 18 mile bike ride un-hassled by the
mob and in relative quiet ate lunch outside the Park above the outflow
with traffic whining by at:

No manatee surfacing on arrival. None. I walked forward to the hedge
above the concrete sewer sized outflow pipes and projected a call for
manatee, a presence asking manatee to come forth, an accepting
hollowness of goodwill, a waiting for something to happen,the
suggestion that something WILL HAPPEN!! How to explain it?
And the manatee surfaced 100 yards distant with snorting and blowing of
water.
Normal manatee breathing does not involve squirt gun water snorting.
And the manatee do not all face in the same direction, normally.
We did this three times. 3 for 3.
The mob mind reader then began bull horning me from the road. 3 for 3
is one to many and big al pulled her of the throne with a cell phone
call. This old hag, a veteran of a Fort Lauderdale off shore gambling
boat speaks through a voice synthesizer as a young girl,was the primary
mob sponsored interference in investigating the post Cole bombing pre
WTC terrorism and who bragged on helping to kill the Cole sailors, over
a bullhorn PA.
The pizzeria she broadcast from, S***'s was the name, was post Cole
"strafed" by the Air National Guard at tree top level.
Her barrage of noise turned the positive manatee calling into an
involuntary negative calling as I ground the tops off my teeth and the
Manatee Park canal manatee dove and stayed down.
Which is one solution to the manatee alarm system among other problems:
a telepathic wavelength transmitter emitting negatives. However, the
mob sez "no" on this and the manatee project and off course the mob

knows best.
The telepathic wavelength transmitter could evoke manatee pain, manatee
death, inability to swim to the surface and breath, drowning, or the
normal audible sounds of these problems.
I'll ask Rice if we can get a bye on the Marine Mammal Protection
Act. Does breeching the Geneva Conventions may automatically render a
bye? The recordings would be for the manatee's common good. Torturing
a few animals is insignificant compared to the possible good.
I expect this has been done, tried and failed in practice.
I suggested using the WW2 dive horn's oohhhgah oohhhgah. An organic
telepathic transmitter effect,if the right subject is on board.
It is possible that various forms of torturous pain too death sounds
from related expendable species such as aardvarks, ant eaters
transmitted...

Sounds like fun. The Power Squadron could do it-encompass and package
the situation.
The manatee park hydrophone set in the sunbathing pool was mentioned in
a previous ICJ as a primary target for exploring alarm sounds.
The dozing manatee float deadman/drownproofing style and a successful
alarm sound would send them down not up as in the calling I was doing.
The hydrophone does not work when I visit the Park. I receive several
different answers each time for the malfunction.This time a park guard
was blunt about it-that it didn't work becaws I was getting screwed
by it-a culturally typical personal, narrow minded response-followed by
someone howling that "the hydrophone doesn't work gene can't do
his research," nyah nyah nyah!
If you follow ICJ posts, the idea surfaces that many people involved in
"saving the manatee" are making a good living from "saving the
manatee," going to elementary schools and weeping about "saving the
manatee" when in practice they are members of "just one family"

and bound to Florida's Ponzi scheme of build build build till there
no more room to build or water to drink.
Construction and waterfront read b-o-a-t-s-a-l-e-s leaps from the
moistly ground with 25% of the population living here in relative
poverty and 75% of the property tax burndend living elsewhere during
the warmer months-a largess for the plantation supers staying behind.

Moved manatee nearest the lot from that space to above and below it.
Reflecting following calling for the school kids that this was Monday
and no church traffic,four manatee in the lot effected canal space then
surfaced with heads and neck out of the water and appeared to "look
round."
A BOAT APPROACHS OOOOGAH OOOHHHGAHH! DIVE DIVE
Is diving a manatee negative,surfacing a positive? Would they rather be
an ant eater or a sloth? They are interested in all electric living.
Meanwhile back to the Hydro pool minus hydrophone.The explanations: 1)
the phone was installed incorrectly yesterday and 2) the battery,
unobtainable locally,was dead.
The pool was topped with fuel oil s*** but filled also with 8-10 dozing
manatee and several beyond the pool's mouth.
No hydro. Well, sit and wait for something to happen. I thought on
dozing off.
A manatee snorted water. I snorted. The 'dozing'manatee began
snorting when drifting up to the surface for a deep breath between
'dozes.
Snort snort snort' Snorting manatee!!
A blow to the 'manatee are hit by boats caws the manatee are
dozing' theory?
Snorting was good fun so I followed one snorter with several farting
noises.
THE MANATEE BEGAN FARTING!!
Bubbles floated, pooled at the surface then burst like soap bubbles
above the hind end of each manatee.
FART FART FART FART
Alas,no hydrophone.
The farting session was followed by horseplay and twice dozers dove in
a swirl of agitated water-cause unknown to me tho I 'heard'it
happening the second time. One spectator said butting.
There is information sharing among the manatee going down here and I
asked the Mote Marine people photographing manatee back scars for
identification:

if Mote's database could tell me how many returning manatee
recognized me visually from last week or the week before or if a
preponderance of canal manatee were newcomers and strangers. Seven were
positively identified by Mote of the 20-25 I counted (without
experience which does count immeasurably-I can ID BTG and do they look
alike) but our overall counts differed-Mote said they counted 80!
The idea is that if boat avoidance can be taught, that information may
be shared.
The Manatee park canal could be used as a training area with training
hull and alarm sounds. Beats standing around pointing to ripples in the
water. Anyone to sponsor the scoreboard?
