No manatee on 1.9.05:Gulf water temps did not rise more than 3-4

I did experience a wave of wildlife canal side. The local flicker
chirping, a buzzard, and 8 cattle egrets arrived by air, sidewalk
lizards came out to bellow, crabs, catfish, a turtle no ID, and several
tarpon? Showed as the church next door swung into the sermon. When a
localized wave flows over water carrying birds, butterflies and lizards
the phenomena often brings a wave of jumping fish: look backwards after
the fish come out.
And left as the service ended: bad vibrations from the church parking
lot?
Last week, I discovered the Timex trick where a young manatee responded
to Timex (Walclock $11 in grey) timing his/her breathing cycle by
swimming at me then surfacing. I whistled a Timex alarm at A above C.
Manatee responded with three strong surface fluke strokes curving into
and out of the surface then diving below. Success!! A manatee-boat
alarm!

Having quickly solved all manatee-boat collision problems, I moved on
to the question of how to begin without harassing manatee? A rhesus its
not, right? Off to Romaine Creek? That's not the answer either.
Scientific, selective and time consuming alarm transmissions or
projections scaring the expletive deleted out of carefully chosen
manatee is, off course, the answer. This rigorous method then combines
with the behavior cycle theory I use to analyze, predict events, and

As man in society continuously goes out of his way and into the hole to

predictions, we rather expect that man fits into the BCT.
The BCT is a wave theory. As the wave called Eq approachs, the wave may
or may not affect your personal 'karmic' spatial position but the
Eq does affect large organizations, NASA shuttle launches for example
or military activity in Iraq, the 'famous' at the leading edge of
their reality, leading edge activity generally, and Birdy the BTG,
maybe the manatee? And Poe.
Eq+, wave approaching tends to give compression failures, machinery
mechanically fails, wires ground out, bearings run, ignition does not
spark, lightning does not run from ground to sky but cloud to cloud.
The Eq-, event following wave peak's passing increases IC, Birdy is
communicative. But! Eq- decreases human and computer understanding. For
example, if an accident occurs within the BTC Eq- envelope, one waits
for the analysis and with significant probability, the accident or
anomaly was cawsed by broad misunderstanding or glitch. A following Eq-
increases, enhances or allows 'paranormal' activity or anomaly to
occur: ghosts in the graveyard.
And in the trough? A good time to borrow your buddy's lawnmower,
cement feeding time relation****ps with your other species without
introducing new symbols or activities
The Eq- applied to animal communications increases probabilities for
understanding, reduces confusion. Instead of forcing information on the
other species, the projector transfers image blocks of 'simple'
information to a receptive other: no shorts. Human behavior is
inverse.: no instant comprehensive dialogue necessary, a thousand years
of bad vibes will do it.
Interesting, BTC seems to invert the usual: Birdy first looked straight
at me during an Eq-, an odd sight my now cross eyed friend looking down
his beak at me with two little beady black eyes from atop the 81 yellow
school bus.
The post invasion Pentagon time table tends to follow BTC positive
scheduling: could be worse. Before the solstice would have been ideal
but with religious conflicts. After the tsunami could be positive as
the event's magnitude is in itself inverse.
The global tsunami effect-California weather to squid groundings? Not
scientific but useful as a predictive model, for paranormal research,
and animal communications investigation.
For example, I can manipulate a plastic bag by pointing my finger at it
from 50 feet easily after the wave but with erratic results before the
wave p*****. Iraqi violence is accurately predicted from observed
events, squid groundings, and BTG behavior. I assume BTG and Iraqi
share neuronal responses to the environment despite the Iraqi
disadvantage in not moving through a dimensionally enhanced aerial
environment.
If the observer can connect with the manatee during the post wave cycle
then we see a dramatic increase in accurate information sharing.
Possibly in an area when manatee are vulnerable to boat collisions.
Enter the mad boater.
Unfortunately for me peak manatee communications periods run afoul of
the local mob forbidding me to do the research. The Park's volunteers
were commandeered by the mob last Sunday ( 1.16.05a week after where
this ICJ begins at 1.09.05 ) and research brought to a stop: inverse. A
comment from Galileo and others? Lincoln, Husband?
Manatee were in the canal on 1.16.05 with a cold front lowering air
temperature, canal at 82=B7, Orange River at 78=B7, Caloosahatchee 72=B7
and Gulf freezing cold at 68=B7 The canal steamed! Snowbirds were holed
up using electric heat, excess heat flowed from the FPL gas plant,
manatee bathed.
I walked past a long line of railbirds back to the canal wearing the
usual blaze orange hat, yellow tour jersey, and Brute ( mentioned as a
move toward objectivity) turned to the canal's empty surface,
projected greetings to the water, and
And 6-8 manatee rose from the depths, all headed in my direction not
the railbirds, blowing air and water squirt gunning toward my position.
Then two turns and two large flukes up!
Now that's exciting. Next, algebra! I am grinning pleased.
I left and returned three times and three times the manatee rose as a
group to play "hi see me!"
Whose calling who? "Ima boat ima boat ima boat"! I have an old
information block to project: "now dive dive dive! Oooooogah"!

canal: manatee recognizing me from 3 prior visits at one per week?
Manatee communicating to other manatee on the recognition and response,
or more likely new manatee? Mote photographs manatee and ID's
individuals from the dorsal prop scars.
As I wrote in an ICJ on Birdy: BTG share information over long-6 mile
distances-when I'm in the loop. The manatee should also share once
primed with blocks of projected information, that is blocks as
conscious and unconscious paranormal information sharing.
If the sharing possibility is predominant then the boat alarm potential
goes up.
Birdy is a trip with language sharing or just migrating/hunting flying.
I'm available bicycling to Manatee Park, traveling out of the metro
area burbs into the not yet condoed backcountry pine flatland and
palmettoed un-grazed bushed cattle fields and there's Birdy 10 on a
wire speaking morse grackle to me. Eat Eat!! Like a joyous flute they
whistle.
When widely applying for equipment money, that idea was widely put down
as highly improbable.
The manatee greetings were way too much for the Mob and I was then set
upon by shouting Manatee Park volunteers leading Mob railbirds in
hassling me!!
The prostitution/mutual fund withdrawal group is overseen by mob mind
readers. Four paranormal exchanges and group surface greetings
disturbed ether. This is a remarkable sight: large groups of dependent
*** slaves responding to mind reader's telepathic suggestion
following your input. Not all of these slaves carry cell phones or
CB's to receive the information and the information p***** very
quickly from your mind to the reader to the slave. If you're down try
projecting lust at an attractive young woman without the subject aware
of your interest. Do this several times in a pickup environment say the
mall, Walmart, Publix, the library.... And you'll get the idea.
On trying to apply the Timex sound warning at X Hertz to the one and
only surface sunbathing manatee, a Park volunteer rose from his seat,
ran forward through a crowd to the rail, and shouted at the manatee
down below him in the hydro pool before the alarm went off!! The
startled manatee dove. This after a lengthy explanation of ethology and
field research to that volunteer.
The Park is also withholding the hydrophone. Park personnel explained
the phone was broken and out for repair, back in two weeks, but when a
crowd showed up at the hydrophone pool, the phone was hauled out and
deployed.

Manatee came up my way following the greeting to the hard running
outflow and I heard SQWEEEK! And two manatee came up and past, one
mounted, head and shoulders out of the water, on a manatee shape inches
below the surface. Manatee ***! SQWEEEK!
Interesting to view the manatee's head as seen in media
representations. Guess he was relaxing. The full manatee humanoid head,
a pleasing view and favorable to the manatee, I had not seen before
this mounting. Manatee have a very flexible head area between the
nose/air intake area atop the jaw and the jaw area.
Manatee are related to anteaters, hyrax, and aardvarks and that's the
only nose shape I saw before the mounting. From above looking down from
a bridge, the manatee's head resembles a starving baboon! And manatee
are first violin in playing the nose. If the water is warm and steamy
but air temperature cold, the surface sunless, only a pigsnout,
that's the aardvark flat nosetip or is it the elephant's trunk with
a similar two dark holes just out of the water for a deep breath.
I you go bring a watch to time their surfacing to breathe. There's a
group dance quality, a rhythm to the surfacing.
The parking lot vibrations moved manatee again. That's the Crossroads
church across the canal. Manatee were directly opposite when church
let out, the SUV pulled out, and manatee quickly moved as a group from
directly across to well above: low frequencies.
Forecast for this weekend-miserable! If the BTC p***** maybe the
manatee will crawl out onto the beach!
