Cream Honey question

by "Derek" <dweber5@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 26, 2007 at 03:54 PM

Hello, I search all over and couldn't find the answer to this question.

I'm trying to make just a small batch of creamed honey here at home. I've

found almost everything on how to make it so far.

I've heated the honey I want to use a bit in the microwave and then put in

some seed honey. About 10 to 1 ratio which is what I found on a lot of
recipes.

The only thing I couldn't find was an answer to this question.

When mixing in the seed honey, is it suppose to be completely melted
within
the original honey or is it suppose to remain kind of chunky but mixed in
evenly?

Derek
