I have an Innotek In-Ground system and have just gotten a replacement
collar. If I turn the system off, then on it works. Leaving the
system on for awhile makes the collar work s****atically -- either
working or not working. I'm wondering if the base unit needs
replacing. Do these often fail?? When I hook up a test loop it seems
to work each time. What should I do first? Dig up all of the wire in
the backyard or replace the base unit?
