I did not think about that - giving the dog metacam for 5 days on and
off.
He has been on it a bit before and there were no side effects.He does
have
a "gastric condition" which may be an intolerence to protien.He tends
to have
loose stools but I will monitor it.I started him yesterday and will
continue daily.
I will do what you suggest and get blood test done.He had some a few
years
ago and he was good.
Its nice to see your dogs are doing well, the few times I had Jake on
the metacam
he was livlier and enjoyed his walks more.
