I finally found a spray that actually heals Shamrock's hotspots
when he gets them. Since the use of cyclos****ine he doesn't flare
up often, but in the spring/early summer he does get itchy to the
point he needs some additional help. It took a long time to find
this pattern because he used to flare up year round. He suffers
from EGC.
A couple of weeks ago I thought I saw an angry red spot on him but
when I looked closely I couldn't find anything more than a
reddish/pinkish nipple. I wrote it off as a trick of the light
since he was in a sun spot on the floor. The a week ago I saw the
real spot and it was ugly! It was in the fold of his back leg so
hard to find but once found I can see that it really bothers him.
I went back to every other day on the cyclos****ine and found
something in the store that I hadn't seen before, and I am always
on the lookout for hotspot stuff. This stuff has almost
completely cleared this hotspot in just under a week. He's such a
good boy when I need to spritz him and he lays quiet on his back
when I say "let Mommy see".
