My daughter recently sold her house at above asking price in three
weeks.

But they really went to the extreme to get the house ready to sell.
You have to in this market.  They replaced all the electrical outlets,
repainted inside and out, and moved out virtually all their furniture
and replaced it with a minimal amount of small scale show house
furniture.

All done under the direction of a real estate agent who really knows 
her stuff.

By the time they had it polished to sell, I wanted to live there.
