You will need to buy an incubator and then follow directions. You may
also need a brooder to keep the birds warm.
You will need to feed those chicks frequently with appropriate food.
They may become imprinted on humans, making them unsuitable for
returning to the wild. They may not learn what foods in the wild are
appropriate.
They will be able to learn to fly on their own.
