For something like this, I wouldn't trust usenet. You need to contact the 
appropriate agencies here and in the UK. I would start by doing a google 
search for im****ting domestic pets into britain. I would contact the
customs 
for both countries to point me to the right agencies (the agencies
involved 
will likely be connected to the british agricultural departments).
