What we have collected so far, in our markets, in just a few months are:-
Free range ****k, beef of various breeds, lamb [ditto], baking, vegetables,

oysters mussels and scallops straight out of the sea, smoked fish, mutton,

eggs, and venison.and more [we have not started doing any table birds yet
as 
we have to have our own slaughterhouse facilities for them, rather than
the 
local abbatoir so its a huge investment]
