The state of affairs in the U.S. market is sad in some ways.  The 
quality of meat has declined, IMO.  The prime grade has all but vanished 
from the retail market.  It's hard to find free-range meat in smaller 
cities and towns.

Ironically, I live in a ****t city with a big fi****ng industry, and the 
grocery chain stores sell thawed, previously frozen seafood from overseas.
