That just sounds like you need to live somewhere with better raw materials

Mind you organising a local producers market in ones own yard, as we have 
started this year, is not an option for most, but it is great to have so 
much scrummy meat and seafood from the area.

I love good vegetarian food, but find that it can be boring and dull when 
poorly prepared, so we are quits
