The saddle slipped left, correct?

It sounds like she might have caught her left hind in the stirrup as it 
flapped under her belly.

FYI, if you didn't have a snug rear girth (it sounds like you didn't), 
consider desensitizing your horse to a snug rear girth, and using *2* 
snug girths from here on out.  Read about using a snug rear girth on
