But you have a "contract" for 14 days.  During that time you can refuse
the 
animal.  You don't need a *reason* per se.  That's why it's a trial!  If
he 
came, you asked that he take the animal and he didn't, then he's at fault 
here.

He needs to take the animal...if you are unable/unwilling to treat it. 
Those were the terms of the trial...period.  You may have to call someone,

like the police or threaten to.  While I *hate* the thought of this animal

going back to this person, the horse is not getting treatment per se where

he is now, so...at this point it's probably too late for him either way.
