No, you apparently got 14 days to pay.  It's only a trial if you can send 
the critter back.

You might send the broker a note refusing the purchase by registered mail,

to get it do***ented. Or you could consult an actual attorney familiar
with 
the property laws in your state, which would probably be cheaper in the 
long run.
