OK, I may have missed something here....why was this horse not
immediately taken back to where it came from? If it's on trial, the
trial should have immediately been over and the horse refused. (I
probably wouldn't have even taken it on trial until the "stone bruise"
had healed and the horse was sound at the dealer's)
