Meh, we've moved her tie on.  This guy isn't worth hassling with.  The
last run in we had he threatened to tear up my water and sewer lines
because they run under HIS property.  I had to get a lawyer to write
him a letter to explain to him that that wasn't legal.  Sigh.

Guess I just needed to "vent", LOL
