the no brainer is this...Odie does not go on to his property at
all...if tied  and can get to his property, shorten the tie, move the
tie, that sort of thing.

i consider myself an animal person (one horse, two dogs, three
bunnies, two hermit crabs and more guppies than you can count!) BUT, i
really despise my neighbors with their "outside cats"...i don't let my
dog poop on their lawns, why is it OK for their cats to do that in my
gardens?
