Is your dog "leash aggressive"? We had a run in with a neighbor who
allowed their dog to charge people, claiming it was okay because the
dog was on the leash. Sheesh. When asked, told, yelled at to keep
the dog under control, the neighbor called the police. The neighbor
was told by the police what for. The neighbor seems not exactly all
there so forbearance *may* be in order.
