Here's a link to the one we use.  It's not indestructible though!  We have

gone through 3 in two years.  This last go around, I took it to our local 
upholsterer and had her reinforce the stitching holding the headstall to
the 
muzzle.  That is what seems to give out first.  Then when you put it on, 
fasten the snap toward the face.  Opposite of how your halter fastens. 
Then 
they can't hook it on the fence if you have wire or other narrow fencing.

The small hole in the bottom does work better in shorter grass, but they 
figure it out pretty quickly and there are some short places in your
pasture 
I'm sure.  Mainly it gives them the freedom to go out with everyone.  I 
don't worry about the amount of grass.  Even if they get none.  A horse
who 
needs this will be getting their 'nutritious' meal in the barn anyway.
