What has that to do with not being tolerant of neglect?   
_Call the ****ing Vet_ has always been a mantra of rec.eq. Has that
changed?

If you think it's hurtful to tell someone whose horse might be at risk
of illness to manage them properly, particularly when they should know
better, then I shall simply stand here and stare in disbelief.
