I may try that.  The concept of a little hat for Pancake is obviously 
very appealing.  :)

Poles, raised cavs, and targeted work using both have been the the magic 
ingredients that pulled him through rehab as far as I can tell.  Not 
just good ideas...  :)

When you're posting, it's a moving target so I don't really get how he 
is supposed to stay under the rider.  Maybe I am doing it right but it 
doesn't feel as centered as in walk and canter.  When I reel him back in 
this fall, I'll have more saddle time and will practice that.

Yes the model I like is monoflap. I really want to try one of those.
