I was for a while doing half-TOH immediately changing to half-TOF and vice

versa with Cash. Mentally taxing does not begin to describe the problems I

had with that exercise. With Richard right there, telling me what to do, I

could do it just fine; all by myself, my brain would fold up and quit. I 
slowly got better but never really approached good.
