Okay, I'm confused. Up until last summer, I had never seen a Pine Grosbeak
here past the end of May or before the end of October before. Last year,
there was at least one pair at our cottage all summer and this year, I
have
them on my platform feeder here at home. What gives? Why are some of
them
spending summers here now when they should go north for nesting? Not that
I'm complaining .... I hate to see them leave every spring. My husband is
wondering if it isn't something like certain Canada Geese: they just
don't
migrate anymore?
Any ideas?
