Hubby has seen this bird several times, (I haven't yet).
It's Brilliant colored (think Primary crayons)
the back - Yellow, belly - blue, wings - red,
he says" when it's facing you, you see blue, and when it's flying away
you see the yellow back and red wings"
about the size of a cardinal,
I guess I need to go sit in the yard sans the dogs, and wait for it...
I do get to enjoy the 3 Road runners that have claimed my yard, and
Hubby doesn't believe I've seen all three at the same time.
I haven't seen them, but I do have a couple of owls that play "Marco
Polo" in my trees.
Oh, I guess my location would help?
