Years ago we bought a feeder that we'd like to replace, and I can't
find anything like it.
It's a plastic tube feeder (for sunflower, etc., seeds) with an
umbrella-like top. Under each perch is a catchment opening that feeds
to a bin below the tube, where shells and extra dislodged seeds
collect. (That bin has a cork stopper at the bottom; we emptied its
contents periodically into another feeder.)
We liked the feeder because it greatly reduced shells/seeds onto the
ground below - which attracted rats.

Any pointers to where we could buy this or a similar feeder would be
