Avian conjunctivitis notwithstanding  (thank you, Lanny - an even better 
reason), I was originally under the impression that that feeder (Dr.
JB's), 
with its nectar level dropping down rapidly, was due to it being a 
hummingbird favorite over the mini Hummzingers. Hah! The less I have in my

yard that's attractive to house finches, the better. I am not in favor of 
feeders that allow access to the "wrong" species (Gila woodpeckers 
notwithstanding).  ;-)
