We are new to budgies, our budgie is new to us (9 days), and he is young.
He
is getting used to getting on our fingers and in and out of the cage.
Still,
he doesn't make a peep. Over a 9 day period, probably 4 times for 1 second
each time. Is this normal? He doesn't look sick or anything, to our
untrained abilities. Is this normal?
