That is odd, because I saw nothing that would indicate anything negative
at 
all. Perhaps you were moved to feel this way by a combination of: 1. being

told prior to viewing that the video presented a stressed out bird so your

viewing was biased; and 2. a bit of over anthropomorphising

This was a habit picked up long ago, when Pepperberg was seperated from
him 
for a while. It had nothing to do with his environment. Pepperberg had
been 
working with him to solve the plucking.

Agreed. Isn't it a shame that one k00k had to turn this sad event into a 
rally point for a personal agenda?
