I'd be surprised if anyone here DOESN'T let their mice play with toilet
paper tubes. Mice and toilet paper tubes are a natural combination. My
mice go nuts with them. Usually they immediately work on tearing them
into pieces to line their nest with, leading to the hilarious sight of
mice waving huge pieces of cardboard in the air. They will often use
part of one as a kind of lid for the top of their nest.
