Yes. Chattering, sneezing, or whistling noises are all indicative of
respiratory infection. These are common in mice and very difficult to
cure (in my experience). Carefully chosen antibiotics may get rid of it
or at least keep it at a manageable level. It's contagious so you
should keep her away from other mice. You will need to have her see a
vet ASAP.
