Then again there are those who simply can't think straight. Here in the 
Netherlands there was this guy who took a large number of piggies from a 
play-farm (for children) and did unspeakable things to them. 
Psychaitrists later mentioned to the judge that there is no doubt this 
guy will one day switch to humans, so they recommended him to be locked 
away for good. Obviously this means he will get out of jail in a few 
years (sigh)...
In other words, there will always be nutcases who don't have a motive.

I really hope the police will find someone.
