The tempature that I go by is at least  60 degrees F, with little
breeze.  Guinea pigs are suspectable to cold or cool temp, or dampness,
and they can get a cold easy.  I only have mine out for a hour or 2 at a
time to eat grass.  But not too much.  They get bored outside after
munching on grass.
