It depends on the pig.  Our one, Petey will always go before he heads
into his pigloo.  When he has to go he usually sticks his butt out of
the pigloo, does his business and then curls back up inside.  We have
some fleece type beds we stick the pigloo in at night and he rarely
messes in it.

Our other one, Fudgems goes everywhere.  In his bed, while he eats...
it doesn't matter where he is, he just goes.

We thought about toilet training our two when we first got them, but
didn't have the time or patience for it.
