Thanks for your reply Megan. She has been to the vet today and they
think she may have some kind of internal cyst and also some possible
kidney problems. They said they wouldn't no for sure without an x-ray,
but they gave her some antibiotics and said to keep an eye on her.

Guinea pigs can actually live up to 8-10 years, so 7 is certainly a
good age.
