Hi Rosie
I wouldn't worry about this - when it says 'multiple' it is saying 3
or more. The vet probably thought that he was saving you the trouble
of giving it - plus he can probably charge you more(!) If your piggy
is fine, that is all you need to concern yourself with right now. Not
all antibiotics have to be given for 2 weeks, it depends on the dose
he already gave and the antibiotic. My vet has given single injections
of Baytril that have cured a problem without any followup whatsoever.
If you read the 'small print' on every drug you have ever taken, trust
me, you would never take anything again!!!
