Well I did seperate them in the end.  I blocked the little one into
the hutch for the night and I made another bed in the run for the big
one.  I put a tarp overhead so he at least had some cover.  I am yet
to check to see what the situation is.  I can't keep the little one
cooped up in the hutch all day, so I might swap them around.  BTW, the
little one also chatters his teeth but it's only when the big one
starts the agressive behaviour.
