It should be written on the bag of pellets if it contains extra vitamin C.
I just fill their bowl with pellets and they can eat as much as they want
to.

You have to decide what is best for your piggy.  If your piggy is
underweight I would make sure she/he has good veggies like Kale, Brocoli,
green/red bell pepper.  I prefer to let my pigs have hay all the time then
they can nibble on it when they feel like it.  Some people don't do this
but
as long as they get access to crunchy food like the pellets then you can
give them the hay 3 or 4 times a week.

If your pig has lots of space and plenty of playtime then she won't get
fat.
