It's allways difficult to tell wether a piggy will make it or not.
We have 2 piggers that suffer from bronchitis, one even has a
"permantent" version. Next to the antibiotics, this piggy even got
prednisolon as a medicine. It helped very well.
I agree with Laysown, you should finish the treatment, and then see what
the results are. If you stop administering antibiotics too soon, they
will not work, and might not work anymore in the future.
