the past by regular mind. This first was tranmitted by Frank E.
Stangers'wife and the next was transmitted by Mr. Stranges himself.

"We are indeed sorry that it has to look as though some of the
cha-nelers were wrong. They were not. The Arcturian craft is now on
the rim awaiting permission to come in. We do not believe it should be
done at this time and I speak for the Universal Councils that recently
met on this situation.
"They listened to re****ts from several planet sources that are there
for that reason, to watch the public opinion as well as other work.
The overall advice was that the planet is not ready and it would cause
panic therefore setting back the disclosure which we want to see
happen. Admittedly I want it to happen for personal reasons.
"There are several groups represented in this solar system and have
been here watching over their descendants and are very interested in
the total welfare of the planet. There are degrees of advancement as
the universe works in order of ascension. What some call the M-sters
are highly developed BEings on higher levels of the Universe that
assist in teaching individually their own students. We work within
those levels of authority. What is described as star ****ps or commonly
known as UFOs on the planet, are the material level of manifestation
of the higher echelon. Some are simply ****ps from other civilizations
on the same level of advance as planet earth.
"Though all attempt to keep the universal order there is not one
group but many highly advanced groups that work within the Universal
laws. When one advances beyond he material level the planet is now on,
w-rs and disunity cease to be known. We each have our own work just as
each have their own contact on the planet, and there are many now that
have reached the place in s-ul development that they are in contact
with higher Beings, which is their own work they were birthed to do at
this time, just as you were birthed to do mine.
"There is not one person on the planet that is the source of all
information but many that have pieces of the puzzle. I also honor all
chan-els of the higher echelon and they all have their ministries. It
would be good to judge the whole on the basis of their past history of
accuracy. There are many very reputable sources of information and we
are very saddened that the Council determined it would not be for the
interest of either the planet nor the groups that have been here since
its inception, for a mass appearing or appearing that could not be
denied by the world at this time. We went through over a week of
haggling over the situation and I do not say I completely disagree
with the sighting scheduled for tomorrow but its the way the ball
bounces at this time and we try to follow orders of the Universal
Councils...I simply run my fleets, I don't run the universe and I
don't make final decisions.
"Because there will not be the showing many predicted does not mean
it was not scheduled. They were not wrong I just wanted to make that
clear. The sighting was planned. You may want to post this on the site
I'll leave that up to you. In no way was my announcement meant to
infer the many chann-lers that have predicted this sighting were
wrong, they were right, it was due to happen."
Could you comment about the reality of the "Federation of Light"?
"Yes, there is a Federation of Light and many other groups now here
in the solar system for their purposes. There is not just one group
and there is NO one group that runs everything in the universe or even
in this solar system. However, all try to abide by the decisions of
the Supreme Council and there are more than one of those but when it
comes to a decision that involves all groups, they get together on it
as they did in the past few weeks. The reason they came here was
because the decision concerned this area of the universe. Do you have
more questions?"
Would you comment on the reality of the "Star Nations" that are
supposed to be the only authority in our skies?
"Are you confused? Isn't that what the indigenous peoples of your
country call themselves?"
Commander, its very hard to pick you up when you're laughing that
hard.
"Then ask me a serious question. I believe that was the name of the
group that the good doctor B-ylan had you ask for my opinion on
something he had received from their ch-nnel back few years ago and I
gave him my comments. If I remember correctly I told him I did not
know of any Star Nations group and it is my work to keep up with what
groups are in the solar system."
"I also asked him to relay my message that if there was such a group
they needed to register their presence and purpose in the solar system
as it was my job to keep up with the ****ps and their purpose for being
here under orders of the Universal Councils. I believe I gave them
twenty-four hours to do so or get out of this solar system and its
been a few years and I've yet to have any communication from any
so-called "Star Nations". There is no one group that runs this
universe but we do work together in peace and brotherhood. I believe
that's all I need to say on that subject."
Could you comment in general on the purpose of all the groups now
present in our solar system?
"There are various purposes of the different groups but across the
board they are here because they have had representative ****ps in the
system since the planet was first colonized. The teaching program is
one of the main programs by both individual mentoring and a-tral
cl***** aboard many of the ****ps. You've written on the children's
program and collection of the fertilized eggs in case of holocaust
that will destroy the ability of the survivors to continue the r-ce.
This is done on all planets that are on the path of possible
destruction of its civilization. The mining ****ps are continuing
their work at the bottom of the oceans as has been done in prior
civilizations and proper repayment in trade will be resumed in the
current civilization upon proper agreements again being established.
Are there more questions?"
Yes, just how far can the space visitors go to assist the people of
the planet in national affairs?
"According to the Universal laws of free will we cannot interfere in
any type situation involving the governments at this time because
there is karma being worked out both by countries and individuals.
That is the purpose of the planet and the purpose of being i-carnated
on it. This is the purpose of all planets that are colonized. Just as
on the planet, one does not take his children by the hands and lead
them throughout life but teach them to stand on their own merits, the
beings of the planet are being given ample teachings and are allowed
to stand on their own merits without undue interference by us.
"There are no "races" of Alien Beings per se but all have incarnated
on various planets and in various bodies that can survive on those
planets many times in the sojourn upward. All are destined to arrive.
There are no so-called ETs and Earthians, all are the same. What is
designated as ETs are higher beings that have come down into a lower
frequency for benign purposes. What are termed space ****ps or UFOs to
the general public are those lower frequency conveyances necessary for
their tem****ary use.. Much as one on the planet goes to a motel or
hotel in a tem****ary stay, the ****ps are designated for that purpose.
We can as easily rise to higher frequency levels as maintain our
presence on the lower material realms. That's why they are seen
appearing and disappearing by some on the planet. As I have stated
many times, we do not travel in a linear fa****on. You have another
question?"
Yes, I do understand what you mean by ****ps on the rim of the system
but could you explain it?
"I'm not speaking of the cir***ference of the solar system as the
rim. As I have said, we do not travel linearly. Now let me detail this
a bit more. The smaller ****ps do have a propulsion system to travel at
a much slower rate inside the stratosphere of planets on the material
realm. These ****ps are for the most part, remote controlled and used
for surveillance purposes. Their propulsion systems are not used to
travel from Galaxy to Galaxy. That is not done linearly, not even by
the rather large ****ps. Question?"
When the Masters appear to some or communicate with some, are they
located on what we call on the planet, ****ps or UFOs?
"Those that have reached a certain level of advancement can either
appear or they can communicate from their level of BEing by other
means. They do sometimes come to the lower levels and stay on a
tem****ary basis. I have some here on the ****p at this time. We are
working very closely with the Ma-ters to close out this dispensation
in peace. It depends on the development of the So-l how they see into
the higher spheres. Some see space ****ps, some see Chariots of Fire,
some see manifestations of Light ****ps. It depends on the level of the
person seeing, not the level of the manifestation seen. All is
frequency of vibration, from a grain of sand to a far off Star. It
depends on the one seeing, what they see. Question on this one? Then I
have to break connection."
Then we are not coming to an actual "place" somewhere in the sky
when we attend the Sanctuary or the astral cl*****?
"No, you are coming to your concept of what you believe it to be.
It was aptly said by one of your greater m-taphysical writers in the
18th century there, that we see what we believe as well as we believe
what we see. There is only the ONE, all that IS, takes place within
that ONE. There are endless levels and degrees of BEingness. Just as
there are endless universes in various frequency levels. This is not
something that can be understood by the mind of the typical Earthian
BEing at their stage of development. To the Earthian, yes, there are
space ****ps, yes, there are other galaxies and other star clusters and
other planets on the material level."

ONE Infinite Mind in which all live move and have their BEing, as
explained by St. Paul in his writings. He called the Infinite Mind
simply G-d. Yet none will loose their individuality in this higher
understanding nor will we loose the visible manifestation of the level
on which we abide. Yet at the core of our BEing, we are all ONE."

as predicted, it is a big craft and it is Arcturian.
