not sure but it maybe that she had a web in cage before you got
her ,but mine had usally shed in a day .mine are mostly kept at 70-75
and reasonably dry .
is she large?

you have some knowledge so you know then they go for a while not
eating if her weight seems good try drying the cage and make suree she
has access to clean water
