Our 1st meeting of the Back Country Horsemen of No. Georgia will be at
Cornett Ranch in Ellijay, GA on June 29.
The USFS has closed the Chattahoolchee Nat'l. Forest, now, to all
horseback
riding except on designated trails and roads. We have to unite to be sure
that
they either change their new forest use plan or create & desiginate more
trails for us to be able to use. We need help NOW before it's too late
and
there is no place to ride. If you are concerned about the loss of our
right
to ride in the Chattahoochee Nat'l. Forest. Please show your sup****t by
contacting us and attending our meetings. WE have your RIGHT TO RIDE in
mind and will work to see that it continues and we need help to reach the
USFS, legislators and others to
show them that riding horses on public lands is a historic right we have
as
